A Message from The Supreme President

Supreme President Ike Gulas First Shipment of AHEPA's Care Packages Arrived in Greece!
Last Friday, over 270 care packages (estimated value $250,000) arrived into the hands of the AHEPA Hellas District 25 and is now being distributed directly to fire victims throughout the country. On behalf of The Supreme Lodge, AHEPA Headquarters staff and the entire AHEPA Family, I want to thank everyone who helped AHEPA send this, our first shipment of care packages.

AHEPA Care Packages Arrive in Greece These videos, put online by the Hellas District 25, show how your efforts have already made a difference. Once again we need to thank Olympic Airlines and Swiss World Cargo, the cargo division of Swiss International Airlines for helping us make this effort a tremendous success!

Please Take the Time to Send in your Dues! As we wind down this project, the Supreme Vice President Nick Karacostas and I will be focusing our efforts on this year's membership drive. Remember, membership is the lifeline of our Order, and we can't stress enough the importance of renewing your membership and recruiting your friends to join. If you're not yet a member, or would like to give a gift membership, our online membership form makes it fast an easy to join AHEPA.

Greek of the Week!

Nick Georgatos of Olympic Airlines Nick Georgatos of Olympic Airlines
To accomplish great things, you often need a lot of help, and a lot of luck. AHEPA got both when we asked Olympic Airlines to help us get the care packages to Greece. Cargo Manager Nick Georgatos went above and beyond the call of duty, ensuring all the customs regulations for a transport of this size were handled properly. Nick also managed all of the coordination with Swiss World Cargo, saving AHEPA countless hours of work. For all this and more AHEPA is proud to herald Nick Georgatos as this week's Greek of the Week!
