4 out of 5 stars The Bee Movie is buzzing with excitement. In the movie, Barry, the star bee, questions the entire premise of the bee world. As many of you know, the bee's main purpose is to make honey. They work their entire lives to make this delicious food. Upon graduation, Barry and his best friend Adam realize that they will have one job at Honex, the honey firm, for the rest of their lives.
Barry admires the freedom of the macho pollinators, the bees who travel the outside world to gather nectar. He decides to join the excitement of the bees, in the outside world where he meets a sympathetic florist, named Vanessa. Barry instantly connects with her and breaks the bee rule not to talk to humans. The special effects are spectacular and the movie has a unique theme that reminds of the values of hard work, friendship, family and respect for the natural order. |
