Canadian soldier killed by roadside bomb |

Gunner Jonathan Dion, 27, was killed yesterday by a roadside bomb as he was returning to Kandahar Airfiled for New Year's celebrations from a forward operating base.
Four other Canadian soldiers were injured. Their injuries are not life threatening. One soldier has already been treated and released for duty.
