Allegations have surfaced that some clergymen have tried to influence or bribe judges to win cases for friends, including suspected drug dealers. Winter blizzard conditions hit Toronto just in time for rush hour traffic on the commute home. In the GTA white out conditions made driving treacherous on Highways 400 and 401. There were numerous accidents. At least a foot of snow fell this evening. In Ontario 90,000 people were left without power. There were also numerous delays and cancellations at Pearson's International Airport in Toronto.The strong winds and snow will continue tonight and end early in the morning.
