Fruits and vegetables keep the doctor away and keep you healthy(including improved sex), happy and productive

Good nutritition keeps you healthy. Medical studies have shown that regular consumption of fruits and vegetables, high in antioxidant nutrients, have been shown to lower the risk of chronic diseases, including cancer and coronary heart disease.

Antioxidants are protective agents that inactivate reactive oxygen species and significantly delay or prevent oxidative damage.

Dietary antioxidants include vitamins C and E and carotenoids, including lycopene. In particular, the consumption of tomatoes and tomato products is associated with decreased risk of prostate cancer.

Lycopene, the primary red carotenoid in tomatoes and other red or pink fruits and vegetables is believed to be the main phytochemical invovled in this risk reduction.

Remember to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Tomatoes, apples and other fruit and vegetables taste great and improve your health. Good health improves your sex life and increases hapiness, productivity and wealth. You cannot become wealthy and happy if you are sick.

Prevention of disease is the best way to good health. You should be proactive to maintain good health and not run to the hospital to attempt to restore your health.
