RCMP made deal with pedophile Whitmore wherein the RCMP promised to recommend to the Crown that it not seek a dangerous offender application. The deal is illegal as it was made under duress.

The pedophile Whitmore used extortion and illegal duress to force the RCMP's hand. The Crown is not bound by this illegal deal. Enough stupidity and incompetence with Whitmore. The Courts and police to date have not deterred him. The system has been incompetent in imposing stiff sentences and this evil person continues to hurt innocent children.  

Whitmore made  a brief court appearance this morning. The crown must seek a dangerous offender order to make sure this does not happen again and should not follow a stupid and illegal arrangement negotiated by the RCMP under duress.

Pedophile Whitmore has been in and out of jail several times after being convicted of sexual offences against children. Several times he has re-offended within days of being released. The Courts have miserably failed to deter him and he is a danger to the public.  Consideration should also be given to castrating him using chemicals or the old fashioned method, with or without his consent. The public and our kids should not be put at risk from this dangerous animal who is 100% likely to re-offend.

Whitmore was previously assessed at 100% chance of re-offending and this proved to be correct. He is a serious and persistent threat to the public. If the authorities fail to act and lock him up he will eventually be hunted down and killed by a member of the public.  Enough of this stupid nonsense.
