The City of Toronto parking enforcement officers once again have reneged on the student drop- off stanby agreement.

On the first day back to school parents had to confront Toronto Parking enforcement officers notwithstanding previous undertakings to respect a 15 minute student drop-off standby agreeement(s). This puts kids at risk and increases the stress for parents.
