Nato Spy should be given due process and if convicted hanged in Afghanistan. PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 29 December 2006
Cpl. James 44 was recently charged with syping for the enemy. Corporal Daniel James, fluent in Pashto, was an interpreter for NATO commander David Richards. He was charged under Section 1 of the Official Secrets Act 1911.

Cpl James should have his day in court, with due process and all rights of appeal. However, if he is to be convicted and his appeals concluded, he should be executed just as the turn coat was shot by 007 in Casino Royale.

Our brave troops risk their lives for the good of the Afghan people, and a traitor in their midst is intolerable and an insult to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Only his Head and blood will redeem his betrayal.
